This is the Outback Bowie Type 2W. Similar in design as the Type 1, overall it is smaller and sports a slightly different blade grind. As with the Type 1, the Type 2 is fitted with either a stacked leather (L) or Black Walnut (W) handle.

This one features the Black Walnut handle; giving it a refined stately appearance rather than the rugged militaresque look of stacked leather. This bad boy sports a modern recurve drop point blade, guard & birds-head pommel, and a lanyard hole.
