Thanks, y'all!  It's 3/16" O1 with a 4 1/8" blade.  And the photo isn't terribly clear on this, but the scales are actually Micarta.  The heat treat is a mystery to me, but unlikely differential (I didn't see any hamon).  Turns out it was a one-off (& the company even sent me the drawing for it -- !!!!).  I promised them some photos of the knife in use, so I guess now I just have to make some plans for a hike -- or at least a good fire in the fire pit!
