Nice tool.  I have a Gerber similar to that but the pliers aren't spring loaded.

The Wingman is great.  If you watch Home Depot's Sunday ads, they sometime have them on sale for $20.00.  Especially closer to Christmas.

I second that, Tristan!  The spring-loaded pliers & the slim profile, at under $30, with a 25 year warranty...  Hard to say to no to this one (& I didn't)!
