Okay now this is strange.  I know of ATS34 which is similar to 154CM.  And I've heard of AUS 4 which is similar to 420J2.   By I've never heard of AUS34.

Colonial has been listing this knife on the website for well over two years and from the get go it has said "Coming Soon" for the specifications.  Very annoying.

Their Rigging knife was advertised as having a 440C stainless blade but when it arrived it was the blade was clearly stamped 440A!

At least this one is Made in the USA.  There is a lot of ambiguity as to where the riggers are made.

Tobias, yes this is current production.  The tang is stamped 2013.  It has a military acquisition number so I assume it is made to military specs.  The tang is also stamped AUS 34 but my steel list doesn't include AUS 34.

I have never used it, just stuck it in my collection, but it seems to be a well made knife.  It is US made and has a lifetime warranty.

It is available on their web site for $24.99.

Charles, is this their current production version?  If so, how do you like it?  I've been thinking about grabbing one.
