Thank you. This was one of the first Case Knives I got several years ago.  I found it in an old Hardware Store about 3 miles from my house.  The store owner has passed away along with her husband. I believe her son may have got the display before the old store was sold and another owner.  I She had a display in the store that i never could get her to sell or take the knives out of too sell.  She kept aluminum foil over those patterns that she could no longer get from the case salesman.  Sadly they had started to corrode because she had 1 knife that the handles had started to Gas and give off corrosive fumes!  She had this knife on a board hanging on the wall with a sign under  it.  This Week SPECIAL  $15.00.   Yes that is what Paid it !  It has never been sharpened I did try to get all the stuff off the Blade .  Years ago I took it to a show &  was offered $110.00 by a dealer. It is the only Toothpick I have ever seen with a worm Groove !
