Ontario, a brand overlooked by many.  They build a good knife and usually have a decent price point

Yes it is -- but frankly it reminds me of the throwing stars I had as a kid. There's an edge there, but it's not going to cut nearly as well as the main edge, so I'm not sure how useful that feature is, even for a fighting knife. Then again, I'm not a knife fighter, so I don't speak with any authority on the matter.

Is the top of the blade sharpened too?
