It feels good in my hand.  I did a little carving on a 2x4 with it.  I have also used it to open several packages and letters.  Afterward it would still shave hair.  After I get to use it a little more I intend to do a comparison review of it and the CE 400.

Another Abe Elias / Diving Sparrow!  Nice!  Looks to be a little more SERE-oriented, especially with that swedge.  3/16" thick?!?  Sounds like it might be more of a driller than a slicer.  Looks comfy though -- how does it feel in hand?

Jan, this one is definitely more of a cutter and slicer than the CE 400.  This one with its 5.5 oz weight is nearly half a pound lighter than the 13.4 oz weight of the CE 400.

OH!  This one looks a little more narrow, more of a slicer than a chopper.  I LIKE IT!!
