Charles-Romo knives- circa 1917-present--Imported by Rosenbaum & Mogal out of Brooklyn, New York- Later name changed to M. Mogal, still out of New York. They were importers, exporters, and jobbers. Imported knives from Japan, Germany, Italy, and possibly some others. As a rule, their knives were considered to be pretty well made.Hard to tell the vintage, but it is not one they still import, from what I can tell.
