*ouch* You had to ask...J.J.,

Roger charged me $11.80 for two sets which were sent in a small flat rate priority shipping box that should only cost $5.90 I believe? Hence the ouch!

One set would "probably" be less?

What's the shipping from SwissBianco, Ron.
I'm fond of the Silver Tech scales.

Thanks, Derek and Leo! I appreciate your comments as well. I was responding to J.J. just as you guys were posting, apparently?

I should hasten to add that these scales need to be glued (epoxy) on as they are metal, unlike the standard cellidor scales which just snap on.

In addition to copper SwissBianco will be offering similar, CNC milled, titanium scales in the next week or so? I may grab some of those, also?

Indeed, he whispers ever so softly as to make me believe that these purchases are MY idea. He is a very cunning manipulator of my financial resources. At times he reminds me of my ex-wife.

Actually, I already owned the SwissChamp. I did purchase the Copper Scales from SwissBianco. Here are a couple of pics of a set of these scales with another knife receiving the glamor treatment in the background...

These are "Plus" Scales and can accommodate a pen as well as tweezers, toothpick and pin. The actual weight escapes me at the moment. But, suffice to say, they add a significant heft to the overall weight of the knife. And, naturally, being that they are 100% copper, they will develop a very nice patina over time.

And, yes...They are waaay cool! I will tell the Dog Buddha you said "Hello" and remind him of where you live! D'oh!

Not sure how you come up with these 'Gems' time and time again. A Beauty!
