Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

This is a CaseClassic 72 pattern clasp knife that had a problem with the original (celluloid) scales. I sent it to Mike Prater along with some diagrams, and he did exactly what I requested! Red coral, white pearl, and blue lapis lazuli- THREE GREAT COLORS !!!!

Now that's what I call art!!  Mike Prater is an exceptional craftsman and his work is beautiful. One day I hope to add some of his work to my collection.

Thank you all for the kind words... At one time I had the idea to put a tribute to the U.S.S. Arizona on the blade, but I never found an engraver who could do that. The WWII veterans, without doubt, saved the world.

Thanks! Mike Prater is the gentleman who did the work on the knife. He's in Flintstone, Georgia. I highly recommend him, he does beautiful work, and charges reasonable prices...
