Some have asked who made this knife.  This is one of mine.  It is a Brinkley Custom Knife by Sam Brinkley.  It is my design, though the Damascus was made in India.  This was my first Damascus steel that I purchased off Ebay.  Back then I didn't understand or was knowledgeable about USA vs. Other Damascus or even the composition of Damascus.  Most of my steel now is made by Snake River valley of Idaho, Grand Leavitt.  I can make my own as I have a forge, anvil and Swedish hammers, but Grand is the expert and I can't see reinventing the wheel just yet...

Wish I would have kept this one...it was my first Damascus build.  The blade is India damascus and the handle is rare black mammoth tooth.

Hi Sam, Nice to meet you. You make some great looking knives but this is my favorite. The longer damascus mammoth knife. Love it!
