wow, thanks Rusty! I don't really realize the emotion that comes with photographing knives. Don't worry, more pics to come!

Lynsie,
I have started a new album, 'More Than a Knife' (formally 'Artsy Fartsy'), and have included some of your 'artsy' photos. Take a look, maybe you don't want your photos in my album or maybe I overlooked one of your favorites. You may know of some other photos I would like to include. If you pull up a photo from the album, full credit is given to the person who took the original.
All knifes cut, they are all pretty much the same : a blade on one end, a handle on the other. Most photos, good as they are, could be used in a textbook 'How to Make Knives'. But some knives grab our attention, make us feel happier or more thrilled. Maybe it's the blade shape, or a magic incantation 'S30V' or 'ATS34', or some combination of elements. Some photos are about the feelings a knife, or group of knives, invoke. These are what I would like in my album.
You probably can't edit my album. Maybe, I don't know, I'm just wondering - mabye if a group was started we could have a group album. All members should be able to add photos and only the group leader could delete photos in case of really offensive themes like nudity or violence. I would not start the group, but if someone else did, I would join. Probably there isn't enough interest for a group, in which case I would cheerfully continue to add pics to my album as they come along.
There is one other person I borrowed photos from, and I will send them this message also.

P.S. I really like this photo. It makes me feel some powerful emotions, like the knife just stuck into the tree beside me at eye level and I'm thinking 'that was close, man that would have hurt, I'm lucky to be alive'.
