I'm not sure about this one...but I do know the Tak mark is/was/has been used by Tak Fakuta...Tak is a Japanese custom maker and he also works with the factories in Seki Japan....The Melitta company makes Coffee makers and supplies, this could have been something done for them?? If I were dating it I would say 90's era...sorry I don't have more but that's my speculation on it...
