Apparently this was posted by Mike Fox some time ago and it appears no one at that time was able to identify it. Maybe Mr. McCain can. One side of the tand reads serial number 0040. The other side says, Hand Crafted by NA Beauchamp, those initials could also be HA or KA. It looks to be a hand etch, pretty deep but not real clear.
