oh..hate to bother... one more question please... is the switch too easy to push {accidental turn on} ?

Here is the comparison shot I posted a while back of the SC600 and the SC600 Mk II L2 Cool White...

Like I said, the one in this thread is the same size as the Mk II L2 - It just has a different tint. A higher CRI which is the color rendering index. The original SC600 is 750 Lumens - The Mk II L2 is 1140 Lumens - The one in this thread with the neutral tint is 1100 Lumens. Amazing, eh!

Here is my Predator Pro by ArmyTek...

oh boy.. that is nice.. yes that why i was wondering about button or tail switch.. i hate having to click on tail switch...it has its moments, but side switch is easier for me,, some, like my 15 and 22 have both tail and side...but, side is for switching between modes... and they are not pocket lights as you noted earlier. thanks so much... love the short lanyard too.. is that factory pocket clip? or your design? and what kind of batteries does it use?

That side switch is the reason I love these ZL's! My tactical light is an ArmyTek Predator Pro. The Zebralight is for flood and I will post a pic of how I carry mine with a little lanyard set-up that I made for myself...

This light is so ergonomically perfect that it is mind-blowing. With tail switches you're always having to change you hand positions in order to operate the light. With this light it is always already in the correct position. You just click the switch! Bingo!

thankyou ron. my little streamlight that i carried in my pocket needed batteries and when i went to buy more as a have done several times i looked at my flashlight and have decided to retire it. it has served me well for almost 3 years. all of my fenix are bigger tho .. tk12 tk15 tk22 and tk40.. so.. i am in market for another pocket light. of course i will be looking at the fenix but when i saw ur photo.. that light looks perfect ! the button on side,is it on/off? or control switch? or is on/off on tail? if you have a moment...i will look it up,but figured you might be able to answer for me.  1100 lumens in 4 inches is mind boggling too..theyhave come a long way with the new l.e.d s in past year.thankyou Ron

Jeff,

I LOVE the ZebraLight SC600!!! I have carried one daily for the last 3 years and would be lost without it. The one in this picture is actually my 3rd one. I carried the original SC600 up until about 5 months ago. That was when I got my hands on the SC600 Mk II L2 in cool white. It is smaller that the original and almost twice as bright with better programming capabilities. This one, the one in the picture, is the SC600w Mk II L2. It has a neutral, or warm, tint and sacrifices about 40 lumens when compared to the cool white version but has much better color rendering. This is the one that I am currently carrying as my regular EDC. LOVE IT!!! At a mere 4 inches it is a fistful of powerful at 1100 Lumens!
