Wayne - That is a beautiful Joseph Rodgers-- Dates to sometime after 1967. The people shown on the knife may be a little controversial for some, however.3 of the 4 were Presidents in South Africa. Dr. Hendrik Verwoerd in particular, was known as the architect of apartheid. He was assassinated in 1966.
