Not sure Jan. I would really like to find large piece of burl wood. That is what is recommended for a kuksa.

I am honestly not sure what kind of wood it is, but, when I checked on it tonight, it is splitting badly. I will have to find a new piece to work on. It was a good trial piece though.

for some reason I always a ppreciate a good draw knife.  A simple tool that is so versatile
