Blade material: VG-10 is clad with 33 layers (either side) of SUS430 & SUS431 high carbon steel. Sandalwood scales.
I've switched much of my kitchen cutlery to this steel. Holds an edge wonderfully ..&.. a nice raindrop pattern results in the laminate.
