With 4" Rapala fillet knife. I just picked up this little guy a week or so ago, with the specific purpose of carving pumpkins. And man did this little knife work great! It slipped well into the pumpkin flesh, was great for detail work, & man was it sharp! I say "was sharp" because I carved 4 pumpkins in total this year, & by the end of the 4th it just wasn't as slicey as when it started. After a few minutes on a cardboard strop, it's working much better (but still not where it was out of the box). I can't complain though -- it's been a great little knife, especially for less than $7!
