With the Grohmann Pictou -- this knife is so much more ergonomic than I would've guessed. Some knives are just clunky in hand, and I have a few knives (including another Grohmann) that just feels like it's ready to fall down through the hand just slowly enough to get that "Grab it -- it's falling!" instinct going -- & of course, when you do, you'll probably slice open your hand. Not the Pictou -- it feels lively in hand, & very much stays in place!
