With the no discontinued Gerber Freescape Camp Kitchen Knife. This knife really fumbles when it comes to a lot of food prep tasks, mostly because of that hollow grind (fine for meats, not so great for veggies) & it's diminutive sub-4" blade. But there's just something about this knife I really like (& no, it's not the sheath)... I found this in my collection recently, & just had to show this little blade some love.
