I had an old wenger knife a few years back and I wanted to change its file. It was a 25 year old motorist knife with the old emblem and inlaid emblem. I talked to the factory first and they said they could replace the file. I shipped it over and after a month I got a brand new motorist..... I had a stroke and immediately after 2 heard attacks.

I cried and cried but they insisted they only replaced the file.
