4 line Camillus boat knife with wood handles and steel liners. I think it is missing it's bail. I don't know what the screwdriver like protrusion at the end of the bolster is.

Hey Tom, you probably won't be too surprised to hear that "the screwdriver like protrusion" IS a screwdriver. Cami made these under contract with the US govt during the War -- Ulster also made the same knife.
