Jim Behring Treeman Custom SUPER RARE TAPERED FULL TANG 1800's Style 15 1/2 in. Elk Stag Long Handle Bowie *AMAZING KNIFE*

This is a very special and SUPER RARE knife. For those of you who know about Treeman Knives, ask yourself when the last time you saw a Full Tang slab side knife by Jim was. He has only made a handfull of full tang knives in his life. Most all of his knives are the Scagel style hidden tang design that we're all used to seeing. This particular knife also has the Tapered Tang design like you would see on a Loveless knife. Jim had been working on this one for over 2 years and he was telling me about it on the phone one day so I asked him if he wanted to sell lt and he was kind enough to finish it up for me.

The more I look at that knife the more I like it. I usally have a couple of custom fixed blades made for me every year and after looking at this one I might have to give Jim a call in the near future.

Seth, that really is rare, the last one I saw was one that Jim made was a copy of a Marbels 6 pin stag handle on a Woodscraft knife. That is sweet. I love it.

When it comes to Jim Behring Knives, it just doesn't get much more rare than this one!!
