The knife comes with a nice sheath with an embossed stitched mushroom on the flap. The sheath is a little short and it causes the boar's hair brush to deform. There should also be a 5cm ruler pad stamped to this side of the knife. It was poorly done and I removed it by simply rubbing it with my finger. Bad form Joker! I shouldn't be able to do that!

And I just received an email saying my replacement knife is on the way! I'm already looking to see what will be my next purchase!
Tobias,
That is awesome and good to know. Another company I would do business with!
I emailed World Knives concerning the problems I had with the knife. They were in touch with me in less than 24 hours. They have inspected their collection and determined that I indeed received a lemon. Being a stand up company, they are in the process of sending me a new knife. They have told me to keep the defective item. You can always spot the good guys by how they handle problems. World Knives have risen to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I will be sending more business their way in the future.
This is what it is supposed to look like:
It was printed upside down so that part of it was obscured by the cut out for the corkscrew. It wasn't sealed properly and as it was just printed on polished wood it literally wiped right off. It was already smudged when it arrived.
Joker should take a lesson from others and either properly seal the pad as Rough Rider has done or better yet, laser cut the ruler into the wood and then fill it with ink.(laser scrimshaw) If my skill improves my may hand scrim a ruler. But for now, I'd rather have no ruler then a crappy looking ruler!
There should also be a 5cm scale pad stamped to this side of the knife. It was poorly done and I removed it by simply rubbing it with my finger
Not good!
I guess the corkscrew is to open a wine bottle when you get thirsty hunting 'shrooms?
