The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
This knife is almost complete. Final polishing of the Ivory and the signature or all that I have left, but I thought I would share this preview. The blade is Spanish Lace Damascus from 1095 High Carbon Steel and 15N20. It's hardness is 57-59 on the Rockwell scale. The bolsters are Nickel/Silver. The spacer is African Black wood. The handle is genuine Elephant Ivory. There is a 1.5+ carat Arizona Peridot set into each side for a total of 3+ carats. The knife can be held up to a light/sun and the light will shine through both the gems. There is file work down the spine from the bolster on back.

Simply beautiful!
Sweet knife!
I customized a Buck 110 with a Spanish Lace blank from Snake River knives. That pattern is beautiful. Have you seen Mr Leavitt's new "Lightning Strike" pattern? Very nice also.
