the picture in the background is an old drawing that my grandfather made in the 40's in the amsterdam zoo
the paper went a bit yellow over the years and that fits the olivewood well i think
"moletta"on the blade is the nickname of the famous michele pensato who is the creator of this knife
thanks j&j ! i like the olive a lot and i must say that the sleipner steel is a great choice for this blade!
i reset the edge from 23 to 19 degrees ( a lot of work ) while i am not planning hard labour for this one !!
it is shaving sharp now and i am in love i think..... LOL
