The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
And this folding Hunter Im calling the MTS its a Prototype, 1 of 1 that I made this week. She is sporting a High Carbon steel Blade and back spring, with Titanium liners and stainless pins. Vintage G10 Handles. Montana Watch Company Inspired and namesake.
We did a batch of knives for them years ago. we called the run, the Montana Traveler. After the amazing breed of horses. Literally work horses.. Which seemed fitting for these cutters!
We did a dozen to 20 of each, Neck Knives, Liner Locks, Fixed Blade Hunting knives. They were all built and designed to be strong, and reliable tools. Something you can count on when you reached for a cutting tool!! And this folder drips with all the same quality of the original knives. And echoes the comfortable secure feel of the line!
Tell me what ya think. Should I do a run of these work horse folders? If so. What steel should we use for the blades?
As always, Thanks for checkin out our work. I appreciate ya!
Blessings
