Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I made this knife out of a Swiss bayonet that I bought for about $12.00 a few years ago. I handmade the nickel-silver guard, reshaped the rubber handle, and added a decorative drawer pull as the pommel. I also made the scabbard, which has a parachute cord fob, a compass on the keeper and parachute cord woven through two slits in the belt loop. It also has a semi-hidden pocket that holds a small Swiss Army knife, and a sharpening stone in a pocket on the front of the scabbard. This was one of my first attempts at making my own knives, and it was great fun designing and making the knife and scabbard.
