Adam, I just bought this knife after seeing these photos...  Of course I should have asked you more about the knife, such as how well it actually works (carving, blade opening, etc.) -- but it was cheap, & it was the last one, so I bought it on impulse.  Now that I've done that, what's your impression of this knife?  :)

Now I absolutely love this.

Certainly looks nicer than a flexcut.
