The Camillus Sharpfinger is a fixed-blade utility knife, approximately 7.5 inches (19.1 cm) in overall length with a 3.5-inch (8.9 cm) blade and sawcut (textured) "Delrin" synthetic scales. The blade has a pronounced curve, distinctive from most other utility knives marketed in the United States, as well as being smaller than the average American utility or hunting knife
Makers quote:
"Here is another knife I made in the last few months.
It took a long time to finish this as I put many coats of finish on this knife, probably at least a dozen coats.
The blade & sheath are from the Camillus factory.
When I go to all the work to customize a sheath knife I generally do a little work on the sheath as well.
You can see the piece of leather glued onto the metal back of the snap on the strap. I also covered the head of the rivet that holds the strap in place on the sheath and the head of the rivet at the top of the pocket. Nothing but leather touches the knife.
The handles are stabilized spalted maple with mosaic pins."
