This is a set of three Pattern 1907 Sword Bayonet for the Small Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) No.1 Mk III rifle. Used across the British empire, they saw active service in both First and Second world wars. Following WWI, the bayonet’s official nomenclature was changed in 1926 from the P-1907 to No.1 Mk1.

From Top to Bottom:
August, 1918: P-1907; manufactured by the Vickers Company in Crayford, England.

April, 1944: No.1 Mk1 (P-1907); manufactured at the Orange Rifle Factory in Lithgow, New South Wales, Australia.

August, 1943: No.1 Mk1 (P-1907); manufactured at the Orange Rifle Factory in Lithgow, New South Wales, Australia.
