That is a good-looking knife! Also a good story about how it may have gotten it's name.

Yes it is a beautiful knife.A good example of how Great Eastern earned their reputation.
As for the pattern name "Congress",I believe it is somewhat of a poke at Congress to begin with. I think the pattern got it's name because the knife is a little"bent".
