This one is amazing to me.
NFS JFS
It is a WWii United States Navy Robeson No20 with a wooden pommel (used during war time to save metal for ships and munitions) that was issued to my friends father in 1945 before the war ended.
It is UNUSED! It has the factory wax still on the blade! Theres a little corrosion at the tip from sitting in the sheath for 78 years. Incredible knife and provenance.
Anyone have an idea what its worth? I am not knowledgeable about Robeson.

Wow!  What a find!  Congrats!!

While I really enjoy these knives, I am afraid I do not have a good feel for its value.  I can only drool.

Looks like this is a Mk I.  I believe that the Mk II's had a larger blade and the handle construction was a bit different.  WONDERFUL example!
