Robeson (1940-1964) - 5" Fish Knife #922407, Rosewood Scales, blade etched "Robeson Shuredge Frozen Heat", tang stamped 'Robeson Shuredge USA', mirror polished master blade & fish scaler blade, hook degouger, bottle opener, with bail. Nickel-silver bolsters/brass liners/pins.

thanks john.  did not age of this one, assumed it was newer.  i am also surprised bythe 40-64  tang stamp.  thanks for bringing this to my attention john.

Tim, FYI, that block letter Shuredge on the tang stamp dates it from circa 1940-1964-- Great to see such a great ol' knife in such beautiful condition !! - Frozen heat was a special heat treating process used on select knives.
