I hope the pattern is continued, Jan, though I'm afraid the black micarta is done.

dang, i must have deleted my previous comment by accident.

Nice Wharnie. I covet the wharncliffe knives I have. The iKC club Geppetto being my favorite then the Case Seahorse whittlers.

My first RR was a Sodbuster style with brittle acrylic Tortoise shell handles. Dropped it once and broke one of the scales. I did a partial re-handle and eventually I grinded the blade into wharnie. I still use it in my bar at home.

Nice, Jerryd6818.

These are just simply class all the way.

Mine arrived on Thursday and I'm extremely satisfied with it. I have no concerns. The fit & finish is very good and the blade is very well centered. The half-stop is very positive and the snap is loud and clear. J.J. mentioned the big "R" missing from the bolsters and the addition of the triple rings. Good move Rough Ryder. I love it.

It's almost 4 inches, closed, Dennis.  This is real comfortable in my hand.

I like that blade J.J.!  Swaybacks are sometimes hit or miss with me, depending on how they fit in my hand.  Sometimes I find them uncomfortable ... especially with smaller ones .... and I tend to like smaller ones!!!

Yep.  I'm certainly hoping that they keep this pattern going for a long time.  I think I'd like to see it in the new stag bone that came from Colt, but the smooth finish on this is sweet.
