Okay, I initially bought this as a do-it-all pumpkin carving knife, but it's way too thin for that. It works pretty well for touch-ups & somewhat for detailing, but I will admit that even at around $20, I was disappointed. It might actually work alright as a fillet knife, I'll have to give that a try...
