This RARE knife was designed and custom made by Emanuele only one piece. This stunning damascus blade is the result of hours and hours of forging, not many custom makers can keep such pattern of layers upon layers flowing all the way to the edge of the blade, which creates a saw-blade effect at microscopic level, allowing the blade to keep cutting while other blades have dulled. Emanuele hand forged the blade of this knife with 1095 and 15N20. Blade was given excellent heat treatment and Rockwell hardness of the blade along its edge is 59 and along the spine is 42-45. 5.50 mm thick blade has fantastic hand grinds on both sides with top side left with a false edge. Overall length of this unique bowie is 12.40" and the length of the blade is 7 inches. Superb handle of this knife is made of Real Bull Horn with File Worked Damascus & Brass Spacers. Knife is complimented with Stunning Hand Forged Damascus Guard & But Cap.

Yeah, I really hate the lurkers that watch an item without bidding and then wait until the last minute and swoop in with a bid $1.00 more than my max. Lost many nice knives that way, friggin' snakes.

At first I was so pissed, but the next time it was like waiting for a buck to line up for the shot.  My girlfriend said, "I can't watch. My heart is racing and I am sweating looking at a laptop screen!" Anyhow, it was fun, even if it was frustrating at first.  The problem with this hobby is that when you loose, it's not like you can order another one.  And you start asking yourself, "Where did all these people who want MY knife come from?" ha ha. Have a great weekend and a wonderful Christmas!

This knife is not Dad's style, so this one is for my collection/ I have a small skinner on tonight's menu.  We'll see.  That was what was so frustrating.  I only won this one perched on top of the chimputer, finger on the mouse. I WON.  Now, what exactly did I win?  We'll see and I will let you all know.
