Doc's Customs presents The Twisted Finger Santoku . Made with twisted Damascus steel, full tang whancliffe blade. Dyed spalted maple burl wood handles. Hand crafted mosaic brass and stainless steel pins with vulcanized paper liners. This 6 3/8" knife has a 3 5/8" blade with a width of 1/8" at the base. Comes with a beautiful burgundy custom leather sheath with a buffalo stamped on the side. Total length of the knife with sheath is 8 1/4". The Santoku is a knife style originating in Japan .This Finger Santoku knife well work as capper with your finger as a guide, or a great all-purpose kitchen knife back at the camp site.
