Everything tastes better outside with the smell of sulfur in the air. I shot blackpowder for years and then switched to trapshooting. I still get out the smokepole once in a while and that smell is heavenly.

Thank you Doug and I agree. My gal pal belongs to a " period authentic" camping and shooting club that has their own private campground. We get together, shoot a little black powder, throw a few hawks and knives and pig out on campfire cooking. There are usually several knifemakers and hawk makers in attendance so we have a chance to swap stories as well as blades. The only downside is that she outshoots me every darn time in the black powder contests !! LOL

John, feel free and enjoy, the tomahawk is actually my favorite "blade" of all time. We throw a lot, relieves the tension....... lol

Thanks Jan, the tomahawk was an actual "missed" throw by one of my sons and the other one took the pic.
