It's a likeable knife Leo I have had it in my pocket all week . Greg said he wanted it to be a usable EDC and I figure that is just what it is . Nice and easy to pinch open with the wide blade  , good F+F , I put it on the Edge Pro last night and it is razor sharp now . It was fairly sharp out of the box and stropping made it pretty good but I had a little spare time so I thought it should be sharpened properly . The 154CM is quite hard but has taken a very good edge , down to 1000 grit and then stropped .

I am looking forward to the next Trestle Pine , a Barlow ? , maybe have a few in due course .

The only problem with my Trestle #41 is someone forgot to put the label on my box , ah well that makes it unique I guess !!

happy birthday, John!  Now, since my birthday is coming up at the end of the week, maybe you should send that knife to me...

No?  Okay, how about this -- I'm also from Minnesota, just like your new knife, so I, uh, have to check that it is authentically Minnesotan, so, you should send it to me, you know, for inspection...

No again?  Okay, how about letting you know that knife is awesome, & I'm awesome, so...  send it to me?  Please?

:)  Enjoy the knife, & the day!
