Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Our first stop was in Rogers Ark. at the A.G. Russell Store. I walked in there in my overalls and my beard is a little on the bushy side. I Knew at once that I was a little out of place in there. I wanted a Russell knife for my collection though so I decided to look around though. I found a Ceramic button lock folder that I liked and finally got someone to wait on me and got it paid for. All in all I can say that they where pretty rude and that I will never go back. I don't think that they will care. I was nice though and didn't tell them what I thought of them.

I'm going to put there Chinese made knife in my collection and think of how I was treated every time I look at it. The oldest most wore out knife that I have will shine compared to it.

We left there and headed to Branson Mo. We went the scenic route. It was beautiful country. The wife was driving and all I had to do was sit back and enjoy. I got over my mad real quick.

While we where there we stopped at Shepherd Hills Factory Outlet store. They as usual treated me like a king. They took there time and let me look and handle any knife that I wanted. We enjoyed it so much we went to there main store in Lebanon Mo. My collection got a little bigger.

We headed back home this morning and stopped at a junk store beside the road. In the back of a little room cover with junk and dust I found a real nice Keen Kutter counter top knife display case. All the knives where gone but the wire and price tags are still there. The lowest price is .25 and the highest is 1.50. I don't have enough Keen Kutter knives to fill it up yet but I think I can get pretty close. I can't  wait to get it done.

It was a great weekend the wife and I had a ball.

Mr. Russell caters to the little knife collector as well as the big one.  You can see this in the wide knife selection he sells. I have never met him and have only spoken to him by way of Email, but I find him a very nice and polite man. His workers, just as workers in other stores can treat people bad sometimes. Please don't let it spoil your good times, just keep on smiling.
