The rare Benchmade "Cool Killer", only available in China I guess: http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=6633

They also have a mystery Spyderco model: http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=6904

Ridiculous.

Sad to see this but it happens all too often. It is the customers who buy or don't buy this crap that decide if operations like this stay in business.

I doubt that Benchmade or Spyderco can do anything about it. Patent and copyright laws really only apply in the USA. They are almost impossible to enforce in other countries with the rare exception of a few countries. The only way Benchmade or Spyderco could do something about it is if there happened to be a distributor selling them in the USA.

Brad, you're preaching to the choir man, I don't have doubt they're all fake. They also have a SOG Blink, which actually looks like an existing model, but is probably fake also. I wonder how long it's gonna take until Benchmade et al. find out about this.

Nice Microtech Nemesis in your avatar, BTW.

The Chinese are well know for manufacturing "knock-offs". Thats NOT a Benchmade knife...everything is wrong about that knife...the box/packaging is not even close to what Benchmade puts out. The Spyderco..well it's alot harder to tell...but it does not look like a typical design that would come from Spyderco. I would bet the Spydie is a knock-off also. One other thing...the price! You can't buy a Benchmade or Sypderco for those prices.
