Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Who are they and how did they become Featured Members?

I don't fully know myself. I know that there's only been 23 Featured Members since the beginning of IKC. I know it's an honor to be featured by this great club that we all enjoy so much. I thought we might discuss this amongst us and see what we come up with before Steve and Miss Jan explain it to us.

I forgot about the prize. That' makes it even better to stay active. Just the honor of being Featured is a prize. Back when I was Featured there was no prize, that's something new Miss Jan has started, since she has taken over the leader ship of IKC.  I am sure she must pay for it out of her own pocket. I know when I was Featured, I was proud that I had contributed enough to this great club to be considered for the honor.

I want to congratulate all of the present Featured members, those Featured members of the past and to all of the aspiring future Featured members. Lets all keep IKC rolling.

Thanks Ya'll. I know a lot of members probably wonder. I think it's a good thing and a great honor.  I thought if we all talked about it more people would understand.

There SEEMS to be a lot of weight on how many pictures a person uploads. I noticed if I don't upload many pictures I start to slip down in the ranks. If I upload a bunch of pictures I shoot back up! I've noticed that with other people too. In fact, there has been some people that don't/didn't post much at all on any discussions, but they uploaded a TON of pictures, so they were in the top five.

I feel that I get a "Prize" every time I log in to iKC, Steve.

Robert,  before last year there was nothing set down on how to become a featured member.  Last year Jan and Steve came up with the idea that who was on the top of the leaderboards would be made a "Featured Member".

Here are some posts that explain the current program.
