Example .. SCHRADE .. Taylor brands indeed "owns" the name right now. George Schrade .. that pioneered the "auto" wk here in the USA .. might take issue with that stmt.

Especially if you were to reference say .... the year 1945.

Moore Maker - In addition to Queen and Bear they have some knives made by Utica, Boker, and (I believe) Canal Street.

Remington knives made by Queen? Can you point to an example? As far as I know they are made by Bear in the USA and in China.

There are still a lot of other brands that are probably made in a lot of the factories you have mentioned. I sure didn't relize that the Boker factory was where Hen & Roosters were being made.
