Oh man, we finally got a break with some clouds that blew in today from Oklahoma. No rain yet but it sure is nice to see temps below 100 in the mid-afternoon for a change.
Just thought I would comment around how nice of a collection of knives you have. Well done! Looks like years of searching and finding just the right ones.
Thank you for your warm welcome. I am very new to collecting knives. I chose to collect only barlows. Over the past few months I read the history of each manufacturer. I began collecting a few Case knives, then some Queen manufactured Shatt & Morgans, a Robeson, and Cripple Creeks. Then I bought some GEC barlows. Through my collecting and lurking at other forums I have learned much but still have a lot to learn. .. I am very glad to be here and hope to learn from all the good folks. Bruce
Thanks for checking it out. Biggest problem I had with the "body image" was making it light enough that you could see still read the text on top. I kept changing the layer opacity in PShop and saving and testing until it worked -- I think the image that's on iKC is only 12% opacity.
You can add a "Body Image" by going to "My Page" and then clicking on Customize in the left sidebar. Half way down under "Now, make it unique" you click on "All Options". I can see you already found the "header image" -- well, to the right you can upload a "Body Image" and set if/how you want it to repeat. I had created my jpg about as wide as needed for the center "body panel" so I just selected a vertical repeat.
I cheated on the navigation text at the top of the header by going into "Advanced" CSS and actually making the nav font Bold and changing it's color to match the purple I'd picked in the Basic Theme tab.

Hey Bill -
Thanks for checking it out. Biggest problem I had with the "body image" was making it light enough that you could see still read the text on top. I kept changing the layer opacity in PShop and saving and testing until it worked -- I think the image that's on iKC is only 12% opacity.

Thanks,
I have been very lucky in collecting these last few years.
Again thanks for looking.
