Hi Rusty....Thanks for the comments on the damascus hunter and chef knife. Both of these blades came from Alabama Damascus. The chef blade is from a 5100 alloy material and based on the effort & time it took to get it polished and after completion, sharpening it to my satisfaction, leads me to believe it would be a good material for a field knife as well.

Hey, Rusty!

Congratulations on being a "Featured Member." I really like the photos of your knives. I may have to steal some of your ideas. I especially like some of the critters that you pose with your knives.

Good show, my friend!

Rusty,

Thanks for your comments on my latest GEC's sir. You have quite a collection too and your photography is superb! Your lineup of GEC sunfish is pretty awesome. Also like the Mountaineers Are Always Free etched knives being that I am a WVU grad. Like the Bulldogs too. Great work on displaying your collection!!!

Hi Rusty, had a look again at your pics and saw what you mean by problems with the ones with the lace and white marble ground,You seem to have solved the problems as proven by the shot of the knife on the maple (?) leaves. Beautiful, you're the man. Thanks for the photography lesson.
