Ken, thanks for the like on my "Case Triple Crown Set". I never thought I would have a chance to own this set. I had only seen one other set several years ago that belonged to a member of the CKKC knife club. In looking at your pix, looks like you have a good collection and it appears, perhaps some of your family has a liking to knives as well.
Ken, thanks for the friend request. You are my knida guy, hunting, fishing, knife collecting and a family man. A strong belief in God. A Military Man. I am glad to have you as a friend.
Hello Ken. I notice 2 of your Russell barlows are real but the one on the left is a german fake from the 1960's. The center handle pin is always in the center on the real ones, the pin is closer to the front bolster on the german repops. Hopefully its the one with the broke blade. You can also tell the difference by the depth of the groove across the bolster. The german repros are getting some age on them now so its hard to tell the difference other than these 2 things. Happy Collecting.
My name is Stanley May. Back in 1953, I was born in Sardinia. My dad pastored the First Presbyterian Church in Sardinia. However we moved away when I was a very small child and can't really remember it. What a small world. Welcome to IKC.

Thanks for the add. I look forward to sharing our appreciation of "edged tools".
