Yep.  It is the exact same frame as the Rough Rider five inch Toothpicks, it just has an extra layer added. This same frame is used  Marbles, the Bill Lowen Buck Toothpick/Fish Knife, and Raging Bull.  I think it is one of the best frames used when it comes to large toothpicks.  The bolsters on these knives really look good.
