Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Well, I just had to show off this one.  My grandfather recently picked up this knife, and he's very proud to say he's been one of the owners of this knife over it's lifetime.  An original pre-WW2 Remington Bullet knife, with awesome bone handles, and the strongest snap I've ever seen on a knife.  What a great piece of history.

Although he's only owned it a short while, he is *supposed* to be slowly selling off his collection, not acquiring new stuff.  So he would be willing to hear offers if anyone was interested.

Beautiful Knife !

What a great old knife.

Beautiful original Bullet in remarkable condition -- DROOL !!

Beautiful knife in excellent condition. Yeah these Remingtons are pre-WW II. They were made about five miles away from where I live. Remington stopped making knives, which were very profitable, in 1940 because there was much more profit and much more need to manufacture ammunition because the world was engulfed in war from Indochina to North Africa.

I saw a couple Remingtons offered on eBay. Not even a fifth of the condition as the one pictured and they were asking three digits for for the better one. Highly desirable. I can see why he's a proud owner. Remarkable!

It is currently up on Ebay,he is just curious to see what type of bids he gets. His reserve is pretty high.

I own a 1930's Remington Bullet knife. The one I have is the big banana single blade trapper, it was Al Capones favorite. Mines in good shape. Although it's not for sale, $800 would not get this knife away from me. Good luck on your bidding.

Please let us know how the bidding goes.

Just a side note; My knife may not be worth $800 to the educated collector, it's just worth that to me. Although, I was offered a great deal for it, I turned it down.
